  Quality Replacement Hinges 30 January 2018

  When the existing 8-year old hinges on the fridge part of our Neff fridge-freezer began to lose their final spring which keeps the door properly closed, they had to be replaced. Having had excellent service from e-Spares previously, I had no hesitation in going straight to their web-site to source a quality replacement. They arrived promptly and were fitted easily. Fridge now as good as new. Thank you.

  Perfect replacement part 30 January 2018

  It was easy to find the exact replacement hinges using the website’s excellent search facility. The hinges were easy to replace and work perfectly. My fridge is a NEFF and uses star shaped screw heads ( I don’t know the proper name ) and not Phillips screws, so it is worth checking that you have the correct tool before starting work.

  When my spares arrived, 2 days after I ordered them, one of the parts was damaged. I phoned them and they put a replacement in the post there and then and I received the new one 2 days later. Great service and no qualms about sending a replacement without having the original one sent back first.

  Emergency repair made possible! 16 August 2017

  Fridge door hinge broke 2 days before going away on holiday. Bought replacement that evening, arrived & repair completed the following day. List of compatible models was great help. I'm sure potential customers would appreciate knowing the size of TX-STAR screwdriver needed for the repair (though this might depend on fridge?). Fortunately I had a T15T which worked, though the next bigger size might have been better. Possibly a bit on expensive side, but needed in a hurry!

  Brilliant 16 July 2017

  Good experience, selection of the particular hinge for my fridge was spot on from the hundreds if not thousands of options. Fitting instructions were easy to follow and it took me less then an hour to change both hinges. Only slight negative I thought they were expensive although I have not got a competitive comparison. Would certainly use again should the need arise.
