  Replacement for faultily manufactured fridge door hinges 05 October 2016

  This Neff integrated fridge/freezer was built using faultily constructed door hinges. The upper door hinges were replaced a while ago. We have now had to replace the lower door hinges as the door of the freezer could not be closed due to shattered plastic component. The new hinges are robust and good quality but extremely expensive. Although over a year old I think they should have been a free replacement.

  Broken hinge on NEFF fridge freezer 20 June 2014

  espares gave their usual brilliant service but I have marked the quality and value down as the original hinge broke after only 30 months which I consider premature. espares supply original NEFF parts so I assume they are of the same inferior quality. As these hinges can only be bought in pairs I consider them to be poor value when the hinges are likely to fail again after only 2 or 3 years

  Having had to fit a new set of hinges following the demise of the 2 orignal hinges in just over 2 years with minimal use. The fault occurs where the internal plastic breaks and the spring then causes the door to stay open rather than tensioning the door to shut. I am hoping these are better quality although they look the same visually. I expected more from NEFF and at this price.

  Complex piece of equipment 25 December 2012

  I didn't know that fridge hinges would ever need to be changed, much less that they would cost so much. I guess they need to be very special so as to hold the heave weight of the doors and provide the neat daily functionality they deliver. I imagine a lot of engineering goes into them.

  Neff Fridge Hinges. 07 November 2012

  Neff fridge hinges. Fast delivery, clear instructions for fitting but this is the 3rd set of expensive hinges I have had to fit. This is not E-Spares fault but Neff's. They are lovely heavy quality hinges with 1 small plastic component that keeps on failing!!! Grrrrr. I highly recommend E-Spares but am truly disappointed with Neff!
