  Expensive but does the job 30 July 2021

  For a integrated fridge that is already fitted. Supported the door with a block of wood. Only 4 screws per hinge and very simple - didn't even have to empty the fridge - just removed items from the door. Just thought the hinges were a bit pricey for what they are.

  Emergency repair made possible! 16 August 2017

  Fridge door hinge broke 2 days before going away on holiday. Bought replacement that evening, arrived & repair completed the following day. List of compatible models was great help. I'm sure potential customers would appreciate knowing the size of TX-STAR screwdriver needed for the repair (though this might depend on fridge?). Fortunately I had a T15T which worked, though the next bigger size might have been better. Possibly a bit on expensive side, but needed in a hurry!

  They do the job, with good instructions 16 July 2017

  Expensive for a pair of hinges but cheap compared to replacing the unit. Instructions for fitting are good and also explain how to take old ones off first which is useful. Shipped and arrived extremely quickly even when ordered at weekend.

  Urgent replacement hinges required 15 August 2016

  The breakdown of an existing hinge left us thinking we needed a new fridge but espares web site easily helped us identify the fact that we could simply replace its door hinges, also helped us identify the correct part which arrived swiftly, had clear instructions and was simple to fit

  Good product, but expensive 29 July 2015

  These are genuine hinges for Bosch/Neff/Siemens integrated fridge freezers. Therefore the parts fit exactly and the fitting instructions weere sufficient that the whole process of removal and refitting took about 1 hour. As for quality, I guess the fact that these need replacing after only 4 years indicates a design fault, so I don't expect these replacements are any better. Cost is high for a part with an apparently limited life.

  Solves the problem 15 January 2015

  Cost is the biggest concern here, everything else is perfect. Neff and Bosch know they have a problem with these parts and should make spares available at a more cost effective price if they expect future repeat purchases of their fridges/freezers.

  Low mark for ease of fitting is due to the complex door system & not the actual product sold to me. Very helpful when I telephoned espares. Goods delivered on time, no complaints.

  the range of replacement hinges is mind-boggling, therefore accurate info on the model number essential then supplier web site has all the answers. Shame Neff only supply a pair, doubling the price, but replacing 2 together should be good preventive maintenance. Supply was speedy. Fitting guide was supplied and job done!
