Genuine spare part for select models of Bosch, Neff and Siemens dishwashers
Our dishwasher has blown the controller twice, the second time straight after having it replaced. Is it possible that the top rack motor has shorted the board. 1 Answer
It appears some triacs and transistors are blown out on the board.

It is likely the heater can blow the board, you will need to test it with a meter to determine if it has failed.
Hi, our dishwasher works except that when the programmes are selected they now show a lot longer duration than they used to and when switched on never end. this is true except for the rinse cycle which works as normal. 1 Answer

Hi. is there an exploded view available showing the inside gear arrangement for the switch/control solenoid mounted on the underside of the element?(shown in black on picture) 1 Answer
Access to the inside to inspect for any damage is by removing 5 retaining screws.

Dean at eSpares says...
We do not have an exploded view as the part is supplied complete, if the element is not working it would need to be replaced.

Since replacing my water heater after it failed, it appears that the lower rack no longer washes but the top one works fine. Have I missed a connection? 1 Answer

The motor on this assembly in the middle of the black section is used to turn off the top spray arm. check connections and motor continuity.

My dishwasher has decided not to heat water any more, from the research I've done I'd guess it's the heater element that has failed. Is there any way to confirm this, and if so, which element should be ordering to replace as there are 3 linked to this model (ES1065955, ES1086262, ES1123700). Thanks!

Hi Model number of the Bosch dishwasher is SGV4 6M03GB and the machine goes through its cycle but no hot water so guessing its the water heater. You are showing two for the machine though, which one and whats the difference?!!

The recommended part you require for your model is Stock Number: ES1086262
Bosch SGS45E62GB/64 Element purchased BSH488856 and seems identical to existing element although numbers not the same. After fitting the machine fills to the point where the float valve is triggered to start drain pump but cycle (wash or pre-rinse) does not start. Re-checked that all wiring is replaced correctly and hoses routed properly. What have I missed?

Chris at eSpares says...
The hose from the float to the sump can get restricted from grease build up and cause repeated fill and drain cycling. Check and clean if required. If the level is overfilling it suggests the flow meter just after the valve is not working. Check it is orientated correctly as well as connected.
Will this part fit my appliance?
