Good quality hinges supplied. have fitted 8 pairs to Bosch fridges. obviously very bad quality original equipment from Bosch

Hinge was easy to fit and replace, seems very expensive for what it is. Failure of the plastic spring retainer of the original part caused the need to change the hinge and the design of the spare is identical to the original so I am concerned will fail again in another 3 years.

Identical to original makes for simple fitting. The only issue, not related to product is upsetting the alignment adjustments of the outer door of the housing. Hinges appear identical to original (Neff), just hope the spring mechanism lasts longer !

Straightforward to fit with clear instructions but check you have the right screwdriver before you start: my integrated Neff fridge uses screws with star shaped heads. Shame that the job needed doing at all as fridge only installed 3 years ago. Super quick despatch and delivery from espares.

Rather expensive for two hinges but easy to replace and they work well. Just be careful when removing door from the fridge and better to have a second person holding it as you remove the screws.

Real easy to find what I wanted, Super quick delivery, fantastic service altogether. I knew the hinge would be expenseive (Fancy Bosch Hinge) I didn't even bother to look elsewhere, but just dissappointed that I had to buy a pair instead of just the one hinge that was needed. Otherwise, as I have done, I will use eSpares again and again. Anyone wanting the lower Hinge, give me an email and I can negotiate. ;-)

Good purchase but having to replace after 3 years 23 June 2012
Hinges did the job but 3 years later having to buy another set as again the top fridge hinge has broken (plastic bit in hinge snapped and door won't stay closed). It'd be preferable cost wise to buy the one top hinge instead of having to pay out for both.

Getting good at these 23 January 2014
This is the second set of hinges I've bought. First was for the fridge which didn't surprise me as the weight of door, products and kitchen door puts a lot of strain on the hinges. However the same problem has caused me to change them on the freezer door which is only 600mm x 600mm. I hope these genuine replacements are better than the OEM fitting and that Neff have reported these problems to their supplier. I know I'm not the only one to have a go about these but it is totally unacceptable on such premium products after only a few years service. Very easy to fit but later adjustments may be required as they settle under the weight. Full marks to e-spares for the excellent service and delivery.
