My own fault for buying Neff!! At the price of these if you have to buy 4 or 5 in the life of the fridge you could buy a new fridge, bit of clear plastic, no moving parts, sorry can only describe as a rip off

Service and delivery by espares was great. Less impressed by frequency with which we have to replace the part. Seems that wine bottles are too heavy to Put in the drawer and too long to be laid down without potentially damaging the Drawer.

There's not much you can say about a fridge door shelf, but this is good quality and fits straight out of the box very easily - just slot it on. I'm very happy with it, and very happy with the service I received.

what a nuisance when fittings for essential kitchen appliances go wrong. So what a relief that it was easy to search for the right part and there was no problem with the fit. The part was well packaged and it came so quickly.
