  Exact Replacement 12 August 2016

  This is an exact replacement for fridge bottle shelf which had broken with cold/age. The service from espares is quick and easy and despite not being cheap it is was easy to get. The box could have been several times smaller that the one sent.

  Genuine Neff part but the originals cracked 08 July 2016

  Looks fine at present, but unless the quality has been improved since we bought the fridge, we expect the item to crack as did our previous two.

  Exactly What I Wanted 30 January 2015

  Replacement shelf after accidentally dropping original on stone floor. The product was an exact match. Fitting was easy,you'd never know it was a replacement. Order was delivered on time and within days of purchase on line. Over all very satisfied.

  Almost as described 07 November 2013

  Correct tray for my 8 year old Neff larder fridge. Slotted in, in 2 seconds. Exact replacement for the original. The photo and description shows a white flange insert to stop bottles rattling, but this was NOT in the sealed bag the shelf came in. The original fitting cracked after several months. Lets see if the replacement lasts any longer.

  what a nuisance when fittings for essential kitchen appliances go wrong. So what a relief that it was easy to search for the right part and there was no problem with the fit. The part was well packaged and it came so quickly.

  Top service although a tad expensive 27 January 2011

  The shelves I assume are genuine spares as the quality was very good indeed - fitment was instantaneous and fitted perfectly. Packaging was also excellent - they arrived with no marks or damage. The only moan I have is a tad expensive - £50ish for 2 x plastic shelves. With saying that - top service from a top company.
