  Fault symptom: every time the washer switched on it would trip the mains, on removing the spade connectors from the heat element it stayed powered. Answer? eSpares every time. Simply searched by make and model number, followed the online video and the job was cheaper than that "aftercare" rubbish they sell you at the dealers. Great product from a brilliant company.
