  Right OEM part. 18 October 2011

  Right part for our washing machine. The video of the installation sold the part because it gave me the confidence to replace it myself. The part was OEM as far as I can tell and fixed the problem. The only trouble I had was getting the old part out because the rubber seal had hardened into a shape larger than the hole on the drum. also I didn't realize that the temp sensor was a separate item and had to be swapped from the old part to the new one. I almost broke it trying to remove the old part.

  Element arrived within a couple of days and was simple to fit. Watched the video on the site and picked up a couple of handy hints which meant the part was fitted and the machine up and running again in half an hour. Good quality part and excellent service.
