  Good quality item, fast next day delivery even when ordering on a Sunday afternoon. Element fitted and working well. My low Ease of Fitting mark was due to my washing machines location. A stand alone washing machine would have been a lot easier to work on.

  Washing Machine Element 20 February 2020

  Quick and efficient help and service from espares and it was a straight forward job as per the video. I do however agree with the other review comments that it is a real struggle to get the old element out as the seal expands on the inside of the drum and over time it forms a work hardened lip which stops the old seal from simply sliding out. Removing the sensor first helps as you can then put a small lever through the seal hole to prise the seal out. Once removed, refitting is a simple 5 minute job and the machine is up and hot washing again.

  Washing machine working well. 20 February 2018

  No problems with fitting the replacement element . But not easy to remove old element from washer. In the end cut off old element ends ,used end cutter on rubber seal. And eventually it pulled out . Not a bit like your information video. Still works well now. Thanks would use your firm again.

  Watched the video, the old element was a total pig to get out due to the fact that I totally removed the nut (Idiot!) causing the element to flare out, my fault entirely, the guy did say not to take it off, other than that, it was like having the engineer in the kitchen with me and gave me a lot of confidence to do a job which I have never done before, the product itself is a genuine manufacturers spare part, a lot cheaper than buying from the shop and fitted and worked perfectly
