  Tha part i required was easy to find and order. Delevery was quick. If you look at the price of the part against the price of a new machine then the part was expensive.

  Brilliant service 09 February 2016

  Discovered our Neff Dishwasher leaking on last Friday evening,inspected lower door seal to find old seal split and wrinkled.Logged onto your website to order a new door seal, was advised that delivery would be Thursday by normal post. I was surprised when the Postman turned up on tuesday morning with the part.viewed your video which helped to remove the door and fit part, took about 1.5 hrs to do job as we have an integrated dishwasher which had to removed from kitchen units first. dishwasher not leaking now should be good for a few more years service. Thankyou Espares for a brilliant service keep it up!!!!!!!

  Video essential viewing 29 January 2016

  I would not have been able to tackle the job without the video, as the task is not intuitive. It would be an idea to ensure that you have the correct torque bits before you start; three different sizes are required. The job was made easier by disconnecting the dishwasher and moving it to a part of the room which allowed all round access. This increased the length of the task, which took three hours from beginning to re - installation. However, it seems to be working and I dread to think how much it would have cost if I had called an engineer. It probably would have been almost as cheap to buy a new dishwasher! Well done E-Spares!

  Done the job of stopping my leak 03 January 2016

  This is the 2nd door seal my husbands fitted, this one was much easier and more substantial than the previous one which only lasted 3 years so hopefully this one will last much longer as the rubber is much thicker and is of a better design. Fitting was easier as he had done it before but still had to refer to the video, took about 1.5 hours most of the time taken was getting the dishwasher out and dismantling the door etc but well worth the effort, dishwasher now up and running with no leaks. Must say Espares delivered it super quick over the Xmas hols excellent service with up to date delivery info.

  Similar to removed part, but as durable As made of plastic - the old one was metal. Worth watching the instruction video prior to fitting to understand the "how to" though you need to use some common sense as well

  Excellent product selection table and "How to" Video 19 June 2015

  There was a list of 5000 dishwashers from which I was able to select my exact model. The "How To" video was excellent, although it was not the identical dishwasher. Mine was a buit-in unit and I was not able to pull it out and put it on a bench as did the demonstrator.
