  Excellent door Seal 06 January 2016

  My Machine was starting to smell on inspection discovered door seal had split, had never used e spares so was slightly anxious on ordering part.Delivery was swift and after watching helpful video decided to ask my daughters boyfriend to fit for me as thought job would be too difficult for me. I have a tiny kitchen and he had no problem with it at all. I am a very satisfied customer and would definately use e spares again. Thank you!

  Great product 04 January 2016

  I bought the OEM door seal because I have had problems with pattern parts in the past and the confidence that the part would fit as designed was worth the additional cost. It was delivered very swiftly and I replaced the seal in approx 40 minutes. Fantastic.

  Bosch washing machine door seal. Model WAE24162UK. 13 December 2015

  I went for the genuine part but might have been able to save money with the 'pattern' one. The quality was very good and it fitted well. I couldn't have fitted this without the eSpares video. You do need to watch the video carefully and for someone with my level of competance I find that pausing the presentation and 'watching as I go' is a good technique. Matt is right in that the screws are all of the Torx type but doesn't mention that those under the soap dispenser are quite recessed so do make sure that your screwdriver or Torx keys can access these or your job could be delayed. Overall I was very pleased with this and would recommend eSpares. Machine now working well again.

  Buying this saved pounds in call out charges and once I had viewed a You Tube video of how to fit it, everything was relatively straight forward. You will need the proper tools for the job though.

  Fits well and cured my leaking door 17 November 2015

  I watched espares video and although my machine wasnt exactly the same I managed to fit and reassemble with no bits left over! Unlike the video I was working in a confined space but I did have an extra pair of hands to help out. I bought the more expensive seal because I want it to last. Only time will tell if it deserves extra marks for value and quality.

  Good quality product and very useful demonstration on how to fit it. I detest all aspects of DIY but this job took only 40 mins and saved on call out fees etc... Will absolutely use espares in the future. Thankyou.
