  Does just what is needed 13 November 2016

  Obtaining the correct door seal took a couple of Attempts but the customer service Lady sorted out the correct door seal when I spoke to her, Fitting the new part took a while as it was the first time.. The internet instruction vidio helped although my particular machine isn't show but if ever I have to do another I would do it in half the time

  Leaking washing machine - door seal needed 22 August 2016

  The correct part for my machine was easy to find on the espares website and the correct part was expediently delivered. The espares video was watched several times before embarking on the job of fitting the new door seal and this definitely helped. Actually fitting the new seal however took several efforts and two pairs of hands made it easier. Quite satisfying when completed and even more so when the first wash afterwards had no leaks!

  Go for the best. 01 August 2016

  Seal arrived on time. Watched the video which was a big help. It was a bugger to fit the seal next to the drum. You have to roll it on to get it to fit into the groove. The retaining spring took two of us to fit.

  Good quality and easy installation 31 July 2016

  A well overdue replacement our machine needed that was easy to order, arrived promptly and was easy to install, courtesy of the fully-detailed eSpares video. The only drawback was a self inflicted one. I ordered a soap dispenser tray upper part as well as the seal and decided to do the tray part first, which involved taking the machine apart. Having fully restored the machine back to normal, thinking the seal was a front panel job only, I found that I had to take the machine even more apart to do it - D'oh! Moral of the tale: if replacing more than one part, check all the videos first!

  Easy job - perfect fit 25 June 2016

  Our 12 year old Bosch had never missed a beat and had just started to leave a small amount of water on the floor after a wash cycle. We discovered a tiny hole had developed in the fold of the original seal, so decided to treat the "old girl" to a new one. The video guidance was excellent, and the job took me just over 20 minutes to do on our Bosch Classixx 1200. Seal was a perfect fit - glad I paid more for the original part. I also opted to buy a new spring clip just in case the old one was worn and this also went on without a hitch. You will need some long-reach Torx drivers for this washing machine, but no other special tools are needed. I'd recommend giving this job a go even if you're a novice, it's not complicated.

  Great part, but ridiculously expensive for what it is 23 February 2016

  Went for a Bosch part after a cheap copy got completely mould ridden within a few months. The Bosch part is many times more expensive than the unbranded equivalent. Whether that is justified remains to be seen.
