Swift delivery. Quality product. The only observation the outer cardboard box was 3 time the size of the contents. What more can I say.

Surprisingly Good!! 04 March 2021
I was initially hesitant about purchasing this lens remover along with a replacement lens for my Bosch oven after reading other reviews elsewhere claiming that it was poorly designed/not fit for purpose. However I took the plunge and I am so glad that I did - the existing lens which was obscured by baked-on grime could not be shifted by hand despite trying all the tricks of the trade such as rubber gloves, WD40 etc. However, 5 seconds with this tool (which fitted over and gripped the existing filthy lens perfectly) was all it took to unscrew and remove with hardly any effort at all. New lens fitted, old one disposed off, and at last we can see what is happening in the oven once again - a great buy!!

Product is as stated at a great price, disappointed with the fact you are unable to contact customer services other than email( well what I could find) Had a issue where I hadn’t requested the fastest delivery and was in able to change this due to lack of phone contact. When I got a reply to my email it was the next day and my item had been despatched.

Another lens replacement 02 January 2021
seems they only last a couple of years or so before replacing, I do make sure that it isn't screwed on tight as recommended by spares. Great service for eSpares

Light bulb moment 24 December 2020
Purchased a oven bulb months ago, but was unable to remove the lamp lens. With the tool it was easy to remove and replace the bulb and lens! Perfect.

Right Tool for the Job 01 November 2020
If you have a oven light cover that will not budge this is the tool for the job. Shaped to fit over the glass cover with a grip that is extended to allow the insertion of a screw driver or metal rod to gain that extra purchase soon moves the cover with no effort required. Having been unable to move mine for years wish I had this tool earlier.

Very Useful Tool 17 October 2020
I noticed that my lamp had blown after almost 12 years of light use As the lamp is set in the top of the oven I googled how to replace it and found out about the tool This is a very useful tool to help with removing the lamp cover and I would highly recommed using it I would aslo recommend using a hairdryer over the lamp cover before trying to unscrew it helps and is better than turning oven on for a few minutes to warm it up a little
