  Product is as stated at a great price, disappointed with the fact you are unable to contact customer services other than email( well what I could find) Had a issue where I hadn’t requested the fastest delivery and was in able to change this due to lack of phone contact. When I got a reply to my email it was the next day and my item had been despatched.

  Another lens replacement 02 January 2021

  seems they only last a couple of years or so before replacing, I do make sure that it isn't screwed on tight as recommended by spares. Great service for eSpares

  Heat first 10 July 2017

  It may be my fault but the old lens broke as I turned the tool, and eventually nothing was left for the tool to attach to: pliers failed to work. The residuum had to be gently shattered with a small hammer, but left a clean space and the new lens fitted easily. I see there is advice in answers below, to heat the oven first. I suggest this advice should be with the tool, and indeed in the handbook for the oven.

  The product does what it promises. The cap was a good fit and the top was comfortable and gave good purchase. Unfortunately, I still could not remove the bulb cover so have called in Neff for a ridiculous cost. Worth a try.

  Good delivery, questionable product quality 07 February 2011

  I have to vent!! - I have a £1600 Neff oven, every time I take out the lens on the oven light to clean it it breaks at the thread. Oven is a year old and I have had to replace the Lens 3 times. I read that other owners have had the same issue - Better grade of replacement product required perhaps??
