We do not have this information but as this detects the wash motor flow your machine may indicate a wash motor problem.

Answer this question

After a few minutes from turning on the dishwasher I get a fault which indicates 1 of 4 possible causes, according to manual. 1, Water tap is not turned on. 2, low water pressure (<0.04MPa). 3, flow meter is broken. 4, The wire terminals which connect to flow meter are loose. The water is on, the pressure seems to be ok. Where do I find the flow meter and how do I check that it is working? This fault occurred after fitting a new flow through heater......Help please!!!

Check you have not disconnected the switch on the hose Stock Number: ES1560552 next to the heater. There is no flow meter but it has a pressure switch to check the level. For information on this problem see our diagnosis video: How to diagnose filling and dispenser problems in a dishwasher www.espares.co.uk/advice/3/1954

Your problem is more likely to be the thermostat Stock Number: ES1561958. This is a pressure switch to recognise the water flow from the wash motor. We think If you disconnect the plug and try the machine it is likely to shut down a short while after the machine starts. If this occurs but when connected the machines wash pump runs for longer than this would prove this switch is recognising when there is a problem.
