what possible causes fault light on Currys Essential CDW45W10 ?

After a few minutes from turning on the dishwasher I get a fault which indicates 1 of 4 possible causes, according to manual. 1, Water tap is not turned on. 2, low water pressure (<0.04MPa). 3, flow meter is broken. 4, The wire terminals which connect to flow meter are loose. The water is on, the pressure seems to be ok. Where do I find the flow meter and how do I check that it is working? This fault occurred after fitting a new flow through heater......Help please!!!

Check you have not disconnected the switch on the hose Stock Number: ES1560552 next to the heater. There is no flow meter but it has a pressure switch to check the level.
