How do I test the pressure switch?

Your problem is more likely to be the thermostat Stock Number: ES1561958. This is a pressure switch to recognise the water flow from the wash motor. We think If you disconnect the plug and try the machine it is likely to shut down a short while after the machine starts. If this occurs but when connected the machines wash pump runs for longer than this would prove this switch is recognising when there is a problem.
