  Product was excellent quality, well packaged my only issue was I ordered it thinking it came from an irish distributor since I used espares.ie the delivery took too long but this hasn't stopped me from using the services since excellent service.

  This product done exactly what it was supposed to do and with the help of the E-Spares video I was able to fit it and get our dryer back up and running. All - in it took me about 10 minutes to remove and about 10 minutes to replace the jockey wheel. The call out charge alone for a service engineer would have cost me about 60 pounds and then the cost of the replacement part.

  Recently purchased a pulley for my daughter's tumble dryer and it was a smooth easy transaction from the start to finish. Quality of supplied item was on par with the OEM item and installation was easy. The espares website is easy to navigate and the intuitive drop down menus make sourcing the item simple.
