  Excellent Service 08 September 2011

  Had to use the phone service as my ISP (AOL) won't work with this site when ordering, however phone service excellent. Was told items would be with me within 5 working days - actually arrived in post next morning. Very easy to fit. Saved me £100's as thought would have to replace the dishwasher - now on internet favourites and will use again have already passed details onto friends.

  Rejuvinated my dishwasher 20 January 2011

  These 4 little wheels and clips (2 packs) replaced the very worn ones that had also become brittle and broken. Not bad for a machine 20 years old! They are easy to fit once a bit of brute force is applied, but having said that it was only one that needed some serious persuasion. I thought they were a bit expensive but there again, compared to motor components, the price was not too bad considering the end result. The speed of delivery was good despite the current postal problems, so no problem there.

  Big Saving 01 September 2010

  In view of the age of the dishwasher, I suspected that repair would involve an expensive call out or even buying a new machine. I was amazed to find the part so easily on espares website with an illustration showing exactly what I needed. Although the price, including delivery, of such a small item, seemed excessive, it must be weighed against the cost of an engineer's time or a replacement machine.

  A stitch in time ... 15 July 2010

  We did not know that it was possible to buy every little part for our dishwasher so when we found this we were delighted. This small expenditure saved us buying a new dishwasher. Great!

  easy to fit 23 February 2010

  Very easy to fit - only disappointment was the price for a few bits of plastic but I suppose they have to be made of heast resistant plastic and durable. Even so an expensive soultion for a simple part. If I get another 10 years out of the dishwasher I'll be happy!

  The quality of the product was high but unfortunately it was not an identicle replacement and may have been for a different dishwasher. Fortunately it fitted in a slightly different way when clipped in place and is now working fine.
