  The part was supposed to come the next day (which we had paid for)We were emailed to say that it would be after the weekend.and our fast delivery payment was refunded. The part was well packaged. Not identical to the original pump and had an extra tube coming off it! it was the actual motor which we needed so we just used the old housing/hose attachment part. washing machine happily humming away now.

  hoover washing machine 23 December 2011

  machine wouldn't empty so called repair man who did not turn up. Decided problem was pump and ordered from e spares. Delivery was fast, price was very good and it took only minutes to fit. I reckon I avoided a large bill.
