I only noticed I had worn all the bristles away on my brush bar when it stopped picking up properly. Found this site on the web, luckily it was easy to use, bought the spare part and hey presto a couple of days later I have a repaired dyson. Much more cost effective that buying a whole new one. Very happy with the service and the instructions

Like new again 20 October 2017
My Dyson is now picking up like it did when it was new. Much cheaper than buying a new one when the problem was only the brushes worn down through natural use. The fitting leaflet could have had a bit more explanation but I eventually worked it out and was able to fit it myself.

Our vacuum cleaner is back in action like new 20 July 2017
We have not previously had to renew much on our Dyson so it was a surprise to realise the bristles had worn out on the brush bar assembly. The replacement arrived before the carpets had to be vacuumed again. With the experience of taking out the old one to help I refitted the new brush bar in a couple of minutes and the machine is cleaning like new again.

Easy to fit spare part 28 February 2017
The brush bar came nicely boxed, it included instructions and a spare screw. Easy to fit, I cleaned the rest of the brush head so took it to bits more than needed to just replace brush. All went back together ok.

Great product - video update required 22 February 2017
Before I attempted to replace the part I sought out the relevant video. Slightly disappointingly the only one to view was for an older Dyson model with a different fitting and thus it was down to the printed instructions which were reasonably good. Eventually I managed to fit the roller with little drama and all is now working fine. Very happy.

Worthwhile replacement 30 December 2016
The Brush Bar Assembly kit arrived packed well. It had a replacement screw should one be needed. It was easy to install and made an instance difference to the way my carpet appeared once it had been hoovered. The brushes picked up the animals hairs with ease. I also found it easy to pull the collected animal hairs of the roller without pulling out tuffs from the brush its selve. Should have replaced this ages ago.

Received my order very quickly.I didn't realise how bad my Dyson was until I Put in a new brush bar.it was a bit difficult To fit but managed in the end. Very clean carpets again....
