Product Q&A

Ask a Question

I have a Beko Integrated DW600. Machine is not heating the water up. Engineer has checked everything else and said it can only be down to needing new pcb board. Just need to know if this board is already programmed as if it is not and it’s blank then it would be cheaper for me just to purchase a new machine.

The manufacturer service site does not say this part needs to be programmed.

Check it is not connected to a hot water supply. If it fills cold and heats suspect this control board.

Answer this question

Having problems with my Beko Dw600. I can select a program for various temperatures but the cycle won't start when I press the play button. The button itself isn't broken. I got it started earlier by holding the buttons down for various lengths of time, but I had the same issue a few days ago.Would this be a problem with the PCB? I clean the dishwasher regularly so it shouldn't be a problem on this end. Any info would be appreciated.

Check if the pump is continually running as the machine may be in anti flood mode. If this is the case tip over or remove the base to clear the water and retry.
