      Can you tell me if this PCB board already programmed with the necessary software or is it blank?

      I have a Beko Integrated DW600. Machine is not heating the water up. Engineer has checked everything else and said it can only be down to needing new pcb board. Just need to know if this board is already programmed as if it is not and it’s blank then it would be cheaper for me just to purchase a new machine.
