  I hope the replacement will work 10 October 2021

  The remote I received works well except for the mute and volume controls. It did come in a ridiculous amount of packaging however and there was quite a cost and a palaver with customs/ An Post; some of the cost was refunded by eSpares. I am still waiting for the replacement. It has been dispatched but is held up somewhere - customs? -/ lost in the post. In future I will buy from a site which dispatches within Ireland - otherwise it’s a tremendous hassle.
