  very happy with the new remote, works a treat -just remember you have to link up the remote to the T.V ( if you do not do this the remote works fine except for the volume )google "my sky remote volume" for instructions and TV code - instructions also on inside of battery cover

  recently upgraded to sky hd+, but have " magic eyes " transponders all through house due to 4 kids, tv's etc. therefore, needed several sky + remotes. 1st place to look..espares. as always products excellent and no cheap rip offs. happy again.

  Great Product at a good price 07 November 2012

  Needed acouple of these after having fitted an amp to the tv distribution circuit. Everything works well as expected and can operate SKY etc from anywhere in the house. Worth pointing out that anyone who is not used to setting one of these up by themselves (i.e. tuning the remote in to their particular tv) will need to access the SKY interactive service and follow the instructions...there are no instructions with this product. The remote actually tunes itself in to a CODE which is applicable to your tv type so that it can communicate with it....otherwise your volume and other commands may not work. It may be worthwhile for ESpares to issue the document that SKY send out with their HD set boxes which gives clear instructions on what to do with the handset. If they haven't got one I'm happy to supply a scanned copy on request. Otherwise no problem with this product and if you are shopping for one, this is a good price for the genuine thing....make sure that it is Rev9 as these are the latest models and are needed to be able to operate SKY Anytime software (allegedly :-) )

  The Sky+ HD Digital remote control was excellent value for money and after fitting batteries used it straight from the box. The whole transaction was so good I am thinking of purchasing a second one so we never have to go looking for the TV remote control.

  Order the product. Fast delivery. Excellant remote. Can't find any cheaper. Work well with my sky plus box despite order the skyplus HD remote. Negative point:it should hsve explain how to set it up with the sky box. Hence got the tips from the web how to. Thanks to googles.

  This Item is a Genuine item as it is exactly the same as our old one, which we have had for a while and was now giving us problems. After ordering this Remote Control from eSpares.
