The item is as described the seating of the hex nut into the orange handle and getting the bolt to bite required a little patience and the design would be improved if the hex was secured in the hanle otherwise it was fine.

this kit i would say is the weakest part of the mower the handle is also a poor design so from now on the mower will be used more carefully. to anyone who ownes the vision compact 350 make sure the upper handle is in the correct position and when lifting use the lower part of the handle DO NOT TIGHTEN THE ORANGE WING NUTS when the upper handle is in the folded position as this is what caused my problem , otherwise its not bad as a mower

NOT AS SIMPLE AS i FIRST THOUGHT 30 September 2011
The quality of this item is first class, however, this is slightly different to the original fitting. Instead of simply threading the bold through the handle and turning the nob until tight, now you need to turn the lawnmower on it's side, threading the nob / bolt from underneath and carefully locating the nut. A pity the manafacturer did not just allow for a screwdriver to be used in the bolt's head...simple

easy to fit, done in a matter of minutes, saved us buying a whole new lawnmower for a couple of pounds. Parts turned up days. I've used e spares a few times now and can't fault them.
