  First time purchase 01 February 2014

  This was the first time I had replaced the carbon filter and I thought it would be a really easy job fitting it. In the end I had to get my husband to help and even he struggled with what looked to be a simple twist to hold the filter in place. All is well now and I'm hoping it will absorb the cooking smells. I had no idea how much they would cost beforehand and thought they were a bit pricey as they are meant to be replaced every three months.

  fitting new carbon filter 15 November 2013

  Everything about the filter was very good but when I came to fit the carbon filter to my brand new cooker hood I thought there was a part missing that holds the filter in place. My order came with two filters and the first one I opened didn't have the disk to hold the filter in. I phoned my cooker hood supplier about this and they said it should have come with the filter itself. So I opened the second filter and there it was! It would have been better to have explained this in the package or not put a lable directly over where the disk would be so hence only 4 stars.

  We needed a new charcoal cooker hood motor filter, always worried that what you see, or is described on-line will be wrong. Not with this site, the filter was the exact item we required, so there was no problem fitting it. Well done.
