Arrived early. Fitting instructions on web site. Took 15 minutes to fit. Washing machine is now working perfectly. I would recommend this web site it's the second time I have used ES and on both occasions I have been very satisfied.

Perfect replacement Damper kit 24 August 2020
My Hotpoint washing machine was making a lot of noise when it started to spin, it was getting worse with time and I thought it might be time for a new machine but after checking the dampers it was clear they were not actually doing much, after fitting the replacement dampers the machine is like new again so a new machine is not needed, thanks to espares yet again.

very noisy on final spin 27 February 2018
the hardest thing was the removal of the plastic pegs, I used two pares of long nosed plyer's one behind and one to lever the peg rearwards, some cut of the head and knock the pin out, it seems the problem was mainly the rubber bushes wearing oval allowing excess movement, good value for money, hope to get a year or two more out of the machine.

a cheap fix for a noisy machine. 11 September 2015
easy to fit,just tilted the machine forward and put blocks of wood under each side to support it,i couldnt get to the nylon shafts easily that fix it to the drum so i used a small hacksaw and sawed off the flange end and pushed it through,its best to fix the drum end first and then the chassis end fits easier,it stopped the drum from being like a big jelly that wobbles around on spin ,it was getting louder and louder and so were my wifes protests ! glad its done.

Washer Dryer was shaking for a while and then started to make some really rattly metallic noises. Opened it apart and noticed the condenser had come loose and screws were at the bottom of the machine. Assumption was that failing shocks had caused excessive vibration. Screws threaded back in with some additional blue threadlock and watched the video to replace the shock absorbers. Adjusted all 4 rubber feet of the appliance again and have since had no issues. Vibrations are minimal and working well. Thank you eSpares.
