  On ordering had a query on the website stating the item chosen was wrong for the machine - contacted epares by email and clarified it was the correct item. Website continued to state the item was incorrect - contacted espares again - they assured me it was in fact the correct item - so ordered and received the item within two days Excellent service

  Degree needed to fit 02 July 2012

  My Partner is an expert DIY lover. It was just as well that he eventually looked at the Video to fit the Door seal. We did not expect to have to dismantle the Washer before fitting, cheaper than buying a new machine but too time consuming.

  hy i was recommended by a friend to use espares and i must admit i was very well pleased with the door seal it was a bit fiddley to put on but i,m sure there all like that it took me bout half an hour but its on and works fine thanks i will recommend you to others kind regards mark redmond

  Hotpoint door seal 10 December 2011

  I am not in the trade, iam also note a washin machine engineer but i am quite good at al sorts of diy.That said the rubber quality is not very good (gets black marks arond the drain area)it stains no matter that i clean and dry it every time,its the forth one i have fitted in 12 years.It takes me about an hour from pulling out the machine to pushing it back
