An excellent product and significant cost saving 29 October 2012
The Hotpoint replacement door seal arrived promptly. Before ordering I had watched your excellent video demonstration on how to undertake the task of removing the existing and refitting the new seal. It was simply a matter of following the clear tutorial step-by-step and within twenty minutes the job was complete and back in full working order. Altogether a very satisfactory job saving the considerable cost of a service call-out. Many thanks for good service and a very clear video tutorial.

it was very easy to get the item i needed as the agent was very knowlegable and I would recommend espares to any one how is willing to have a go and fixing washers etc.themself.

Washer Door Seal 11 October 2012
Bought a washer door seal after mine had basically had it. After doing a bit of research i sent for one from Espares. It was the best thing i could of done.The most brilliant thing was that they actually show a video of how to fit it which was so informative and really simple to do. Would not hesitate to buy from them again. Not over priced either.

e spares have a good and comprehensive list of products for household appliances. I bought a door seal which I've fitted on my Hotpoint washing machine using the very useful 'how to replace a part' video from off the E spares web site. I'm happy, wife's happy and now no leaks - sorted.

Washing machine door seal, a bit of a job but completed in less than an hour, thanks to online video. I dont do this sort of thing so if I can do it you will be able to, I have no doubt about it. Think how much money you are saving... Go on, you can do it.

Without the video I would not have known how to replace the seal. With the video it was quite easy although the machine I have is only a washer. Also the facia fitting had two extra screws (on top at each end)

I thought this was the reason for the leak 29 October 2012
Ok so my Hotpoint machine was leaking from underneath onto the floor, I searched the net for answers and came across the very helpful espares videos on the internet. Watching the video on how to change a door seal lead me to find a split on my seal at ten o clock. A new one was ordered and arrived the next day. The new seal was fitted by me whilst watching the video, it's a bit fiddly in some parts probably due the seal being new and not wanting to stay put while I fed it onto the drum but other than that I got it fitted ok in the end. I filled the drum with a few jugs of water to test for leaks then ran it through a rinse cycle, all was well with the new seal, no leaks. A day later though the problem returned and after following more video advice the problem was traced to a leaky dispenser draw, this I hope has now been fixed with a home made silicone gasket.
