  Perfect part, quick delivery, great how to video 24 March 2013

  I had a recent purchase from another company claiming great customer service. Sufficed to say it wasn't. However with espares I found the part easily, it arrived very quickly and with the great how to vid on the product page it was an easy process fitting the part.   Fitting the door seal to my Hotpoint WF250P was fine. I spent some time in domestic appliance repairs many many years ago but I’m a little out of practice now: The eSpares video was very helpful though. If carrying out the repair again I would consider replacing the Outer Seal Retainer Clamp (spring) the Inner (ratchet) Clamp was OK.

  If like mine your seal was looking rather black and smelly despite frequent cleaning this is an easy fix. had the video on from espares as I was doing it. Took about an hour.

  We sealed the leak 01 November 2012

  The seal was delivered promptly and was a really good fit. The video instructions on the website were very helpful. Not sure we could have figured out what to do nearly so quickly without this. The age of my machine made it a bit more difficult to remove the old seal and refit the new seal than the video!!
