  Make your own mind up! 30 October 2009

  Product arrived hard but was easy to make back into powder form, it was simple to use and the washing machine did look clean and smell fresh after use although I wonder if this could not have been achieved by using a boil wash with some soap powder. I will use the product monthly as I have brought it and hopefully will feel more positive about it's affect over time.

  Disappointed 28 September 2009

  The packs of powder are compact hard lumps that have to be broken up prior to putting in the dispeners - not easy if you do not have a good grip! I had concern they were damp / out of date but my feedback from yourselves on the product 'often comes as such, Please continue breaking it up, it should work OK'

  This powdered product was caked in its sachets and therfore more difficult to use. However, end result seemed to be good.

  Poor condition of Product 26 September 2009

  The instructions state "Pour" the contents into the dispenser tray. This proved impossible as the powder in the sachets had turned into a solid block, and had to be broken up into smaller pieces prior to insertion into the tray.

  use as a preventive rather than a cure 02 March 2009

  Bought this to remove the mouldy smell from a 4 year old hotpoint machine using hard water. Inevitably limescale builds up in these machines and thats what causes the smell. one sachet has made no noticeable difference to smell so maybe it will be better at preventing a build up of limescale over time. If things improve after a number of sachets I will update this review
