  At the second attempt! 26 December 2015

  We ordered up a Belling grill pan handle from another supplier which did not fit the grill pan of our new double oven cooker although all the relative information had been given to the supplier. We returned the item which was then reimbursed to us but cost two lots of postage and a great deal of frustration to two elderly people. Your prompt action when we ordered from you was a great relief, the handle being precisely what was required. Thank you.
