  Product arrived within 36 hours of ordering. The fitting was quick and easy although it's too soon to say if they've been successful in softening the water. Will certainly use eSpares again.

  Very easy to fit, good quality - if it does what it says it is supposed to do will be money will be money well spent but clothes seem no softer & only time will tell with benefit to limescale reduction. Overall for the cost hopefully money well spent.

  While searching for another very much more expensive product, I came across the the Neo anti-limescale device. I read the product details, liked the idea that I could fit it myself (so easy) and an 1/8th of the price of the original product I was looking for, and it works beautifully. I'm happy!!!
