  espares contribution absolutely fine - pricing competitive with other suppliers, ordering straightforward, delivery prompt and within promised time, packaging perfectly adequate. The part itself was identical to the old failed component, so in that respect ok. Given the failure of the original I'd like to suggest the strength in some areas is inadequate, but that's not espares' fault. Fitting was easy, once I'd worked out how to access it - agin, not something espares has influence over. Would happily use espares again.

  Product did what it should - very pleased! 30 January 2013

  I brought the door catch after watching the video of how to fit and thinking 'how easy' it looked. Product arrived quickly and watched the video again before attempting to fit, actually taking the dishwasher door to pieces and replacing the part was quite straight forward, the 'fun' began trying to put the door back together, which took an age!(We have an integrated appliance and lining the outer door back up with the appliance doot was very fiddly but we persevered). Dishwasher now shuts properly so a great result overall.

  Dishwasher Catch 12 December 2012

  I purchased the door catch for my Electrolux dishwasher which is approx 10 years old. It was fairly easy to fit inside the door. The item was delivered very quickly and I think I probably saved about one hundred pounds in callout fees etc by doing it myself. It seems to work fine now and I would not hesitate buying from Espares in the future

  This product appears better quality than the original one on my dishwasher. It was easy to fit just a few screws and the job was done. Its much cheaper than getting an engineer in.

  Make sure you have the right screwdriver bit! 05 June 2012

  The door catch on our small Zannusi dishwasher ZSF4143 kept opening during the cycle, so I thought I would have a go at replacing it. No trouble getting the part from Espares and it arived promptly and securely. Taking the door apart was more of a problem. Some of the screws were the star type and one broke so I had to drill it out. Try to see if the screws will come out before you order the part! Otherwise all straightforward. The electrical connections are push fit, so a pair of pliers is handy.
