espares contribution absolutely fine - pricing competitive with other suppliers, ordering straightforward, delivery prompt and within promised time, packaging perfectly adequate. The part itself was identical to the old failed component, so in that respect ok. Given the failure of the original I'd like to suggest the strength in some areas is inadequate, but that's not espares' fault. Fitting was easy, once I'd worked out how to access it - agin, not something espares has influence over. Would happily use espares again.

After being ripped off by an over enthusiastic and inept dishwasher technician, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I identified the part needed, found it quickly on the eSpares website and ordered. It was well priced and arrived quickly and biggest bonus of all, was easily fitted in under 20 minutes! Great service, I will use again and recommend to anyone!

Exactly what I needed 10 September 2013
Door catch only took 10 mins to fit and works perfectly. Was going to throw dishwasher out due to leaking and now it works like new! Very good service.
