  Very good for the amateur handyman - my husband 28 January 2012

  Rather than pay for a call out I persuaded my husband to look at Matt. We have an inbuilt dishwasher but with encouragement my husband changed the door latch in 10 minutes. Well done Matt and Well done husband!!!

  Initially ordered the wrong part but returned it and got a quick no fuss refund. Having found the right part via talking to customer services, received it within a few days, fitted it, and it works!! Couldn't be more pleased. The web site is good and informative, although there did seem to be a fault on the page I went into, but I think it was the way I accessed it. Look for the part first then match it to the make and model of the machine, rather than start with the machine and work backwards seems to be the best way. All in all excellent.

  Does the job 23 March 2011

  When my dishwasher door wouldn't close properly I went online to "diagnose" the problem. I then went onto the e-spares website where I quickly found and ordered the product and watched a really useful video clip on how to fit the new door catch. The video was really helpful but made the job appear a lot easier to carry out than it actually was (I have an integrated d/washer & had to remove the door panel). However, I got there in the end and my dishwasher is as good as new. Having never tried to repair a kitchen appliance before, I was really pleased with the result, not to mention the money saved on a repair bill!

  i was very pleased with my purchase of the dishwasher door catch it was easy to fit a realy good price(and no callout fees). my wife was very happy as it only took a couple of days to be delivered and 10 mins to fit,not to long without the dishy.
