  Suitable Replacement for Slimeline Baumatic 10 January 2017

  A very suitable replacement for original cutlery basket for a Slimline Baumatic , this is the second basket we have bought, the weak point is the base which split after about 3 years. However still a good buy ! Also delivery is very prompt.

  Great product, poor delivery 26 October 2015

  Product is exactly what I needed as has been difficult to find a cutlery basket for a slimline dishwasher. However, and I know espares advise not to mention delivery problems in these reviews (I wonder why...), but I paid extra for next day delivery (as I'd be in to receive it) and it arrived two working days later after multiple emails/texts from espares & the delivery company (if this was a delivery company problem then you should look at using a different supplier). Great product, but not great value given the above.

  Replacement Basket 18 April 2015

  Had a new dish washer cutlery basket in Dec but within 3 months many holes in the base and the cutlery falling through. Espares were excellent and replaced it free of charge without any bother. New one arrived within a week and the old one returned post free. Perhaps we were just unlucky with the first basket and will continue to use Espares.

  I bought this cutlery basket for my Miele dishwasher. I wanted this exact dimension to fit it into the front area for cooking utensils. It's very sturdy and a good design. Good purchase!

  Comprehensive selection, but not all in stock 20 March 2015

  I purchased a replacement cutlery basket for my Bosch dishwasher. The website offered a truly comprehensive list of dishwasher model numbers, over 1000 Bosch models alone. It took a while to locate the correct model, but from there it was easy to purchase the item. Unfortunately, the item was not in stock, but this was not advised at the time I made the purchase. I was advised by email that I would be contacted when the item was dispatched, but no indication was given as to how long I would be waiting. I emailed to complain, because I was concerned that I had paid for something that the vendor was unable to supply. I received an apologetic reply, and the expected delivery date was confirmed. The item was then delivered as promised. The end result was good, but I was left high and dry for a while, having paid for an item that could not be supplied.
