  Poor quality 04 November 2016

  This is the fourth replacement basket I have had to purchase for the same dishwasher. They unfortunately soon start to develop holes in the bottom of the basket no matter how carefully we place our cutlery. It has proved to be the most costly part of the dishwasher even though it is a Zanussi part and not a generic one. Have nothing but praise, however, for espares as they are my go to company for so many replacement parts. Very happy to deal with them and confident of their service,

  OK but... 14 January 2016

  Product not built for any rumbustuous treatment. Plastic used on the base (which tends to receive hardest treatment) is too thin and easily broken. Otherwise it meets all needs.

  Zanussi cutlery basket 11 November 2015

  Although this basket is the manufacturers part it is rather flimsey still and explains why the mesh at the bottom keeps breaking causing cutlery to fall through. This is the third one i've had ...all the same problem. It is very expensive for what it is and others don't fit this model, unfortunately.

  Third one I've bought in as many years! 02 November 2014

  Whilst this is the best fit product for our mini dishwasher, it does not last. Not sure what else we can do as we need something for the cutlery.

  Not a good design this is the third we have purchased 13 June 2012

  Seem to break regularly, this is our third in as many years, they all break in the corners and cutlery fall through. Its the only one to fit the hotpoint machine so thankfully easy to buy through espares

  Basket for dishwasher 19 August 2010

  Great product, but incomplete! There was an additional bit that joins on to this one that I couldn't seem to order! This should be included on your website. I ended up detatching my old one and and adding it on to ensure the basket wouldn't fall over, but now unfortunately still have one third of my basket with nuisance holes! It would be great if you could advertise the extra bit!

  Not as good as original 23 January 2009

  I was disappointed not to be able to get a replacement identical to the original one, which was a third wider, with an extra row of compartments which would clip on to the current holder. But most disappointingly, the new version no longer has the very useful teaspoon slots in the handle. I had not realised how useful these are until they were not there on the new version. Teaspoons now get lost amongst the larger items and can be difficult to remove form the basket after washing.
