  Purchased in March 2010 and plastic on bottom already worn out, causing cutlery to fall through holes. Waste of money.

  Nice basket but the handle was too high. I had to remove the handle.

  Not sturdy or durable. Not good value for money. 05 January 2011

  When the item first arrived, it was damaged. Some of the connectors at the bottom of the basket (which prevents cutlery falling through) had been broken. Espares helpfully replaced it for me but within a couple of weeks of standard domestic use, some of the connectors at the bottom of the basket have broken already. I expect to have to replace the item again.

  i have had to replace one of these about 3 times since i have had my dishwasher, I wish they would make a stronger one to fit mine.
