Not exactly easy 28 November 2013
Delivery time, wonderful. Instruction video " how to replace a door handle" referred to an Indesit machine, and not to the Hoover which we have. Also the shape of the "spring" wasn't the shape as received so it took hours of fiddling, removing, watch the vid, assembling again, undoing, reassembling, watch the vid, take it apart again etc, before a very intelligent and skilled chap cracked it! however, it works. Thanks

Every thing was fine. It was easy to fit excepting that the spring was different from the old one and that shown in the photo. The new one did not work so I reused the old one.

The handle arrived quickly and was a little akward to fit but 15 mins later the job was done. The only thing I would say is that the handle that was sent was silver and you could not tell from the website so I thought I had ordered a white one as it was sketchy on the pic and I didn't see a colour mentioned in the description but having said that it fits behind the door so you cannot see it so it was no big thing, If its anything major I will remember to ask the question next time. As always great service from Espares!

Follow the advice in the video of taking a photo before you start as the spring needs to go back in the correct side of the catch. On the door to the Hoover the tension on the spring does not happen until you put the door together

Delivery was fast ... Packing Good. Ordered this for my Dad to fit (he's 78) there were no instructions with this item, Which if there had been would have stopped my Dad fitting the spring the wrong way round in the first place :) Once he had realised he fitted correctly and all was good.

After working out how to fit this part it turned out to be fairly easy to fit. It did help watching the video even though the spring was a different type than shown. All in all very satisfactory.
