Just what I needed 30 November 2011
The door handle was just what I wanted and saved me a lot of money by not needing to call a service engineer out. My only complaint is that I would have liked some fitting instructions for my particular machine - I did try and follow your Utube video which was a good idea and well presented, but wasn't for the machine I have.

very easy to fit it was just hard getting the door open when the handle not the any more to open the door lol the video clips were very help also and very easy to do

Product good - instructions poor 18 November 2011
I reviewed the online video before I purchased the product to ensure it was simple to fit and saw that is was, but then the product the arrived - Very quickly and very well packaged and exactly as described - was not the same as the video (different washing machine) but the fitting was not the same, I did take pictures but these were not helpfull when it came to reassembly. I spoke with a customer service and they could offer no help on the matter. In the end I had to ude the original spring with the new handle - this was suggested by another frustrated person on the internet - and I finally got the door back together and working. Just be aware that the video is not universal for all washing machine doors and don't expect any help from customer service if your stuck. But having said all of that the product was great and good value.

Manage to fit new door handle after 3 hours of Frustration why not put instuctions in with parts Would make life a lot better

Worked perfectly once fitted 18 October 2011
The fitting is quite tricky but once done it worked perfectly and saved a lot of money. We did take a photo but I went off to Scotland with the camera and left the fitting to my other half. The tricky bit is the spring he said. I think with the photo it would be easier.

Spring size ! 30 September 2011
I had to reuse the old spring. The curvature of the new spring was slightly more than the curvature of the old spring at the open ends, therefore leaving the open ends shorter on the new spring. This made catching of the open ends more difficult when fitting of the two sides of the door together, resulting in a unacceptle low pressure in the operation of the door catch. You might need to bend the open ends of the spring to more like the old one, so as to increase the operation pressure.

It would've been nice with a mounting description. I got it right, after two tries, just because i forgot how it was mounted. When i got it right, it worked perfect
