  anyone can ! Got fed up waiting for engineers to come around. Ordered part from eSpares. How easy that was, they even tell you where to look for model number. Part arrived extremely well packed. I looked up web for hints and tips on fitting. (Best tip, make sure you have a star headed screwdriver (preferably magnetic) before start (NEFF model). 1 hour later I was microwaving again and most of that was taking the opportunity to really clean the oven.

  Very pleased with product. Great communication from Espares, arrived within the week and very very well packaged. Only took about 15 mins to fit and saved ourselves at least 40 pounds by not having to get someone in to fit it. Would definitely recommend.

  I have never used E spares before and as always, when you use a new company on line you always worry that something might go wrong with the order or in my case because it was glass, the packing would be inadequate. I needed have worried because the part was delivered promptly and was perfectly wrapped like a little glass bug in a rug. I'm well pleased

  Inner glass fitment 22 December 2008

  Arrived very quickly. It was a bit fiddly to fit but worth it considering how much I would have had to pay for a replacement microwave/oven/grill. I thought the carriage cost was high until it arrived. It was so well packed, I can see why it cost that much. Recommended.
