  These are as described, they are shorter than a clothes peg so great for sealing cereals bags to keep them fresh, the clip has a strong grip, they do change colour when frozen but not very obvious at first unless you have an original room temperature one handy to see the difference, I am not sure they are a good indicator of the frozen state of the food when clipped to the bag, on placing frozen produce from the freezer to the fridge the peg will return to its original (Warm) colour, even when the meat or other items in the bag is still rock solid.
