  looks fairly insignificant but wow what adifference to the performance when new part installed. Easily fitted didnt even need any tools, just unscrew the worn part & screw on the new part.

  Good DIY repair 25 March 2014

  This was an easy repair to maintain water supply to the top spray arm, helped by the useful video on the web site that gave confidence in using a spanner on the plastic nut. The seal in the new nut is not the best quality as it has large mould marks that could reduce it's effectiveness.

  for hands that dont do dishes 08 March 2013

  dishwasher top arm not spinning (dishes still dirty)discovered washer in back locating point in bits,ordered new one,put it in did not work decided to thoroughly clean arms- what a lot of rubbish came out,then reaffixed, perfect.It was so easy just take your time and even a mechanical idiot like me could do it.

  Just the job - but at a price! 24 December 2012

  Our dishwasher top shelf was not being cleaned properly due to this worn seal. It was easy to replace and now the water pressure in the spray arm is much better and it rotates properly during the wash cycle. Delivery was quite quick. A bit pricey for such a small, simple component but worth it to have the dishwasher doing its job properly I suppose.

  I knew I had a issue with the upper washing arm but it wasn't until I saw the video on this part I unscrewed it and saw the rubber seal had broken. My dishwasher now cleans better then it has done for years. Product is a good quality but I find it expensive for what it is but its still cheaper then buying a new dishwasher.

  Solved the problem 19 September 2011

  Product arrived within a couple of days and was so easy to fit, done within minutes only tool needed was adjustable spanner to get the old one off. Upper basket now cleaning as it should.
