  Good Price But 11 July 2012

  My order was delivered promptly and everything looked good, but the fiddly handle fitting which gives little support to the pan, at least mine doesn't, is secured by a small screw, which I think is inadequate (won't last long is my prediction).

  1st one was damaged but they sent a replacement 12 August 2011

  The grill pan is just your basic average, nothing special but does the job. The first one they sent was damaged and we had to complain but to be fair they sent another without too much fuss. Fine all round.

  We were surprised that the handle to the grill pan could not just be slipped on and off as required rather than screwed on, which we have found rather difficult to do, so were not impressed with that aspect. Also, though nothing to do with the quality of the pan, it was quite badly damaged in transit with one corner being bent right down.

  The gril tray was fairly priced, arrived in scheduled time, looked very good quality as I was expecting it to be. The problem started when I have tried to assemble it. The very helpful on line video instructions were perfect. However the tiny screw provided in the parts was not the right size - much too small and too short for the job. It took me an hour to ramage through my garage tools and old screws, nuts and bolts to find the suitable size to replace it. What do people do when faced with this problem and have not the backing of "the odds and sods" in the garage? Really not acceptable situation - what has happened to the quality control at the manufacturers? Maybe they have a srew missing?

  much more difficult than expected 01 December 2010

  Handle much more difficult to fit than on video - did NOT slot easily into place. We followed the video but I, the householder, did not have the strength. My builder had to force it on and despite screwing on firmly it is still wobbling. Without my builder's help I would have sent it back as unusable. I hope you will post this e-mail because it is truthful, even though it does not say what you want to hear.

  Does what it says on the tin 12 February 2009

  Arrived promptly. Slight dent on the grill pan but it doesn't affect its function. Dimensions as stated on the description. Handle slightly fiddly but so much better than the old one which didn't have a handle!
