This product fitted the bill and was a good alternative for the original broken bar handle and made the oven door useable again.

A very handy little product 30 November 2011
There was no trouble whatsoever fitting the Universal Glass Oven Door Knob. It might only be a tiny part but without it it was not easy to use the oven. However it only took a couple of minutes to screw on and my oven door was like new again.

A generic product, seems to fit ok, only problem is that no mica washers were provided as I had on my original oven door. Only time will tell how well it stands up to use.

Poor value purchase of an oven glass door handle 30 September 2011
When I bought this product I thought that I was buying a product that was particularly made for an oven glass door and was therefore very pleased to have found it on espares. I had previously called out an engineer to fix my cooker but the handle he supplied disintegrated within days of fixing it on. Unfortunately the espares handle has done the same when using the oven. It fitted easily but bits of the black thermoset handle have started to drop off, so it is disintegrating too. Now I will have to search again for a oven glass door handle which, like my original door handle, I hope will last for years unlike the recent versions supplied. Sorry Espares this purchase was a waste of money finally.

I am really pleased with my cooker door knob and delighted to have found Espares stock such a small item. It fits perfectly and easily,(even I could fit it in seconds)and is very good quality and price. The cooker is now back in action and I will definately shop with Espares again.
