  The website was easy to use and understand. It included a reference guide to NEFF oven models and a video presentation showing how the seal should be fitted. However, I thought the price for a plastic seal and postage costs were high.

  Nothing wrong with the product, but didn't do the job. 03 April 2012

  We have a fan assisted main oven, and found that it would not retain a high temperature. If you put your hand near where it opens, you can feel a warm air current, which suggests to me that the heat is escaping. On investigating on the web, the recommendation was that the seal would need replacing. I purchased and replaced the seal, and it made not a blind bit of difference.

  Quite an expenive part compared to the universal seal but this would not fit my oven. Over a week to deliver but got here safely in the end.
