  Detergent Dispenser for Bosch 24 January 2018

  Although the website did not match this part to my dishwasher, a quick email to the service dept confirmed it was a match. Item arrived quickly and was fiddly but easy enough to fit. The rubber seal was very tight so took a fair bit of effort to seat the dispenser properly. Anyway all working as expected so great considering the age of the dishwasher. A great website that has helped me out on a number of occasions now with spares for older appliances.

  Very worthwhile purchase. 04 September 2017

  I found the website easy to navigate to the right part and the excellent fitting video confirmed that it would be best to buy the complete assembly. Reading the reviews helped highlight where I needed to take particular care. It looked to me that those reporting fitting difficulties probably simply lacked sufficient practical experience. My wife is delighted that I have fixed the problem and that it saved us around £70 against having it done by a service engineer.

  Although quite expensive for a part in my opinion, the video meant my husband was able to change it over himself, saving on call out and labour. It took just under an hour i think.

  The item received did not tally with the item number ordered . I rang E spares and they could not have been more helpful they checked the manufactures spares list and found the item had been upgraded and therefore sent the modified item. The instruction video was simple to follow and as long as you can handle a screwdriver you can avoid expensive engineer bills

  It was very easy to find the spare part I needed for my dishwasher and the Video Tutorial was very useful. My dishwasher has a wooden kitchen cabinet front which was easy to remove but fiddly to put back without two pairs of hands. I would recommend anyone to "do it yourself" and save the call out maintenance repair cost.
